RE: WESTWORLD
I watched the first episode and thought it was alright. It was on during an HBO preview weekend and I didn't bother to subscribe for it. I'll probably get caught up on demand when I sign up again for Game of Thrones.

RE: WESTWORLD
I hear lots of great things about it but haven't had a chance to check it out as I'm not an HBO subscriber. (During Thrones season, a buddy hosts group viewings).

PeakTV, too many good series scattered across so many distribution channels. Pokemon style viewing ("gotta watch em all") is only possible if you work as a paid TV critic, and even then...

RE: WESTWORLD
I finally did get through the full first season last year. First nine episodes, I thought about bailing on it but they were just good enough to get me through to the season finale and WOAH it all paid off. Was anxious for more, highly anticipated Season 2... which has been pretty good, but also for me hard to keep track of what the hell is going on. Usually have to read a review after each episode to explain at least one or two things. Hoping for another great payoff in the finale.

RE: WESTWORLD
anyone here watch "Humans" on AMC? Season 3 premieres tonight, and they have a cool take on the whole sentient robot genre as well

RE: WESTWORLD
Season 2 has some nice plot twists, and I am glad they stopped doing flashback/recaps of stuff we already new after the first couple episodes.

Also, really liked Shogun World episodes. Quality Japanese actors made it amazing.

RE: WESTWORLD
Man, last night’s episode was great! Pretty interesting to show a whole episode from that Ghost Nation guy’s perspective and have it tie a few of the regular subplots together. Hoping this is a sign of the show ramping up for the last two episodes.
